To opt out and remove your personal information from ClickSearch, simply open a support ticket and include the following:
- Your first and last name
- Your email address
- The URL(s) of the individual person report summary page(s) that you want taken down -OR- the 10-digit phone number -OR- the full address that you want to list as “Private” in reverse phone and reverse address searches
- Proof of identification and proof of current address will be required to ensure we are removing the correct individual from our database. (Acceptable forms of identification include one of the following; a copy of your driver's license, passport, college ID, or government-issued ID. If these forms of ID do not include your current address separate and additional proof of current address will be required).
You may also opt out by sending the required information (as listed above) to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Your privacy is important to us. Please allow us up to five (5) business days to successfully remove your listing from our database. You will receive a confirmation email once your request has been fulfilled.
Keep in mind that new data automatically imports into our system on a regular basis. We encourage you to check back for additional listings that may need to be removed in the future.
