If at any time you are not satisfied with your Membership Plan, you may call our Customer Care Team at (888) 775-7569 or email: firstname.lastname@example.org and request a refund. All requests for refunds will be handled by a Customer Care Team Member on a case by case basis, with the goal of customer satisfaction. Please read below for further details:
- Customers who have used and received information from ClickSearch may not be eligible to receive a refund. The Company reserves the right to refuse a refund to any customer who repeatedly requests refunds or who, in the Company’s judgment, requests refunds in bad faith.
- In order to process your refund, you must supply the Company with your name and mailing and/or billing address. If you provide us with insufficient or incorrect information, your refund will be delayed.
- Depending on the bank that issues the credit or debit card you used, your refund can take up to thirty (30) days to appear on your credit or debit card statement. If you have any questions about whether a refund has been issued by the Company, please call our customer service department toll-free at (888) 775-7569.
You may cancel any Membership Plan at any time by calling our Customer Care Team at (888) 775-7569 or email: email@example.com and speak with one of our team members. Any cancellation request* will result in the cancellation of any upcoming invoices and/or bills associated with your Membership Plan.
*Cancellation requests within your 3-Day Trial may result in a cancellation fee of $9.95.
